**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute monthly training calendar after coordinating with regional stake holders.
- Conduct Line Manager Induction and ODIP for all new joiners of Business functions.
- Ensure all new joiners up to L3 level are administered online preconfirmation test.
- Conduct Refresher programs for all business functions like Sales, Collection and Ops once in every six months.
- Ensure completion of DMA induction program for all new DMAs at his location.
- Ensure adherence of training procedures like ESS nominations, approval and capturing of feedback for all training conducted by him.
- Conduct need specific programs / tele conference trainings on launch of new product / change in system for all employees at his locations.
- Drive quality of login/file processing at his locations.
- Support AGM Training in specific projects to support business function time to time.
- Submit monthly/quarterly training MIS to AGM Training on time
- Prior experience in training in any lending org
- Can join with 60 days
- Ready to travel across multiple states
