Payment Recovery Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the trade channel partners.
- Customer Recovery Performance Measurement - Daily / Weekly / Monthly.
- Daily Follow-Up for Due Payments.
- Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Account settlement with Dealers.
- Monitor and track payment deadlines, sending reminders to Dealers
- Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Maintain Accurate And Up-to-Date records of payment collections.
- Post sales follow through with Dealers.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in public relations, community outreach, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Hindi, and English is a plus.
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent command on MS Office, Google Spreadsheet etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
