Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for architectural and interior projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural drawings, specifications, and designs.
- Analyze architectural plans to determine quantities and cost of materials, labor, and time.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to support project planning and budgeting.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in tender analysis.
- Monitor project costs during execution and update cost reports accordingly.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
- Support in drafting and revising design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical data.
- Prepare progress reports and payment certifications for ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimation Engineer, preferably in an architectural or interior design firm.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and other design or quantity surveying software (MS Excel, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of local construction materials, standards, and pricing.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
