Supply chainExecutive is responsible to ensure right product at right time and right price.

Ensure quality check and control on products delivered
Complaints are being handled and addressed properly

**A. **Procurement**

I. Monthly replenishment plan
- a. _Collection of monthly sales data._
- b. _Available inventory across system_
- c. _Pending PO details._
- d. _Growth trend for last year._
- e. _Any other seasonal factor to be considered._
- f. _MRP finalization by 30th of every month._

II. Purchase order to the vendors
- a. _MRP sheet to be shared with the DCs_
- b. _Purchase order to be raised by 1st of every month_
- c. _Tentative pickup plans also to be shared by DCs_

III. Purchase of new SKU / change in product
- a. _Get Open book Pricing for product_
- b. _Specification details for benchmarking _
- c. _Testing session at HO_
- d. _Trial at CMF Store_
- e. _Monitor the performance_
- f. _Roll-out at all the stores_

**B. **Vendor Management**

I. Maintain cordial relations with existing vendors

II. Database of Potential Vendors
- a) _Maintain a record of vendors who may supply us_

III. Deals with only vendor who are in approved list of MCD/KFC/BK
- a. _Categorization of vendors _
- b. _Priority to those who are associated with any of aforesaid QSR_

IV. Vendor Evaluation
- a. _Continuous monitoring vendor performance_
- b. _Switching from existing to A grade vendors_

V. Maintain technical specifications of all the productsin an easy accessible manner

**C. **Benchmarking**

I. Product Quality benchmarking
- a. _New vendor product comparison with existing one done on an ongoing basis_
- b. _Annual benchmarking with MCD/KFC/BK products_
- a. _Price benchmarking

- b. _Price comparison with existing one._
- c. _20% price difference from market to ours._

**A. **Quality & Complaint management**

I. Control on EDRO
- a. _Continuous monitoring of near expiry / Damaged/ rejected / slow moving goods._
- b. _Plan of action accordingly_

II. Stock Liquidation
- a. _Ensure products are consumed or returned_
- b. _Action plan for inventory less that 45% shelf life._

III. Complaint handling
- a. _Qty / Shortage / Interchange related complaints are marked to Q2S/ KM foods and actioned within 24 Hrs. with RCA._
- b. _Foreign particle related complaints are escalated to the vendor through JKHO-SCM and addressed within 7 days with RCA._

I. Weekly Report
- a. _Po vs. Pickup report._
- b. _Review weekly inventory & at DC and sales data._

- g. _Stores not ordering SKU’s report_

- m. _Temperature Exceptions report_
- n. _Stores not placing the order for_
- 1. _More than 3 days for bakery_
- 2. _Two weeks Frozen / Dry_

II. Monthly Report

1. Measurement Metrics by first Friday of the month.

2. Role clarity Documents update -If any changes

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
