**Call Agent - Outbound**

**Requirement **- Immediate Joiner

**Position Summary **- Customer service agents to handle outbound calls and connect with health care professionals to obtain multi-channel messaging consent
Desirable Skills:

- High level of proficiency in English communication is a must
- Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette
- Confident in building a conversation and maintaining good rapport
- Must be a quick learner
- Customer Focus and being attentive
- Pharma background a plus

**Education**: Higher secondary schooling (Must). University degree an added asset

**Location**: Mumbai Central

**Shift Timings**: Day Shift - 09:30am to 06:30pm or 10:30am to 7:30pm

**Salary**: Compensation will be commensurate to their current salary and experience. 15k - 26k CTC based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,062.37 - ₹30,000.00 per month
