Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize client YouTube channels, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize channel visibility, viewership, and subscriber base.
- Create high-quality video content tailored to specific target audiences and optimize content for YouTube algorithms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO techniques to enhance video discoverability and ranking.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze channel performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategic advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in successfully managing YouTube channels and executing growth strategies.
- Proficient in YouTube analytics tools and SEO strategies to optimize channel performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, content optimization, and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Location - Andheri West, Mumbai

Working Days - Monday to Friday, Sunday Fixed Off

Job Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
