The Private Chef will oversee daily meal preparation, event dining, and kitchen management while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and taste - reflective of five-star hospitality within a private home environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute bespoke menus tailored to family preferences, dietary requirements, and global cuisines.
- Manage full kitchen operations - including grocery sourcing, cost control, and hygiene supervision.
- Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with flexibility for snacks, parties, and guest events.
- Collaborate with household staff (Butler, House Manager, Housekeepers) to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle culinary planning for events, fine dining dinners, and festive occasions with precision.
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen, following HACCP standards and inventory control systems.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen or household helpers as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold utmost professionalism within a private residence.
- Minimum 8-10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3-5 years in private households or yachts.
- Formal background from luxury hotels (5-star).
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines - Mediterranean, Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Continental.
- Skilled in menu planning, plating, and presentation, with attention to dietary trends (vegan, keto, gluten-free).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
- Discreet, polished, and adaptable - with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
