**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Sat)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will drive engagement, retention, and revenue generation for our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Create compelling digital content for distribution across various platforms.
- Oversee SEO campaign management and optimization of PPC campaigns.
- Lead content marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
- **Data Analysis and Optimization**:

- Track conversion, pixel, and event tracking across the website and digital channels.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics data, share insights with the team, and develop optimization strategies.
- Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and the customer journey to enhance engagement and conversions.
- **Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans.
- Stay abreast of new digital tools, platforms, and marketing trends, and share knowledge with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of integrated marketing experience (digital, relationship, social media, campaign, content marketing, or related).
- Experience working on a customer loyalty program is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical, project management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the industry.
- Experience with landing page optimization, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of ad serving tools, PPC campaign optimization, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
