**Sales Objectives and Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed volume and revenue objectives for primary and secondary sales.
- Drive growth by achieving key product objectives and successfully launching new products.

**Territorial Coverage**:

- Ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of the territory, adhering to divisional standards for customer engagement.
- Regularly validate and maintain customer and account data.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgical stores, hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare agents, institutes to ensure business continuity.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

**Promotional Strategy Implementation**:

- Develop and execute promotional strategies while adhering to Vispala policies.
- Effectively utilize marketing inputs and tools to drive sales performance.

**Distribution Management**:

- Manage and develop dealer relationships, ensuring effective distribution operations and strategies.
- Ensure dealer compliance with Vispala policies and maintain metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Point of Care (POC).

**Market Insights and Adaptability**:

- Analyze local market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Improvise and adapt strategies to address market challenges and achieve business objectives.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
