
Property Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for demonstrate and present our products to the customers in different platform with maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Role: Sales Executive (Real Estate)**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Connect and engage with pre generated leads via inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp.
- Reach out to new customers and explain them about the products.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
- Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers
- Develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company’s Real Estate Product and ensure sales generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan & Objectives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**PERSONAL COMPETENCIES**
- 1 - 2 yrs. Of sales experience in Real Estate.
- Graduate or any other relevant professional qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
- Prior experience in High-Rise Apartment sales will be preferred.
- Passionate about sales.
- Strong convincing and consultative sales skills.
- Good communication skills & Client handling skills.
- Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
