**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
- Use AutoCAD and other drafting software to develop structural and civil engineering plans.
- Prepare layout designs, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to modify and update drawings as needed.
- Review project specifications and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and suppliers for project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for project reference.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Freshers are also welcome.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong precision in creating technical drawings and specifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with engineers and contractors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in design documents.
- **Time Management**: Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in preparing civil and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
