**Responsibilities**:
sanitation: sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils using manual or automated methods. Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of all kitchen equipment and utensils.

Cleaning and maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas, including floors, walls, workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold hygiene standards.

Waste management: Dispose of kitchen waste, including food scraps and trash, in designated areas. Separate recyclable materials and ensure proper waste management practices are followed.

Inventory management: Assist in inventory control by monitoring and restocking supplies, such as cleaning agents, paper products, and chemicals. Report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Assisting kitchen staff: Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, washing and chopping fruits and vegetables, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

Support during service: Assist the F&B service staff by setting up tables, arranging cutlery and glassware, refilling condiments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas during service hours.

Safety and hygiene: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, practicing safe food handling procedures, and maintaining personal hygiene standards.

Equipment maintenance: Report any faulty or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor and assist in coordinating repairs or replacements.

Team collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Compliance with regulations: Adhere to all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies. Participate in training programs to stay updated on proper procedures and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an F&B steward or in a similar role is preferred but not always required. On-the-job training may be provided.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations, food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
