Primary job is the function of a Care Manager.

Onboard patients on our Home care platform. Schedule with our Clients of the home visit, and also coordinate with our Back office, our Doctor, Dentist, Physiotherapist, Lab Test

In the age group below 30. Male or Female.

But should be having pleasing personality and happy face because you would be facing our clients. Should have patience in dealing with Clients, should be be able to work

**Home Care Nurse Responsibilities**:

- Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
- Note down medical history
- Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose( by accuchek) & pulse oximetry test on weekly visit
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
- Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
- Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
- Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.
- Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.
- Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.
- Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients
- Relevant license and certification
- The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
- Physical and mental strength.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹400.00 per week

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Nursing: 3 years (required)
