**Hiring Nurses - Home Care & Office-Based Role (Kolkata) | Renowned Healthcare & Diagnostics Provider**

**Location**:

- **Home Care Duties**: Nurses will be assigned to patients' homes across Kolkata.
- **Office Duties**: Main office is located in **Laketown**, Kolkata.
- Locations may vary based on assignments but will be within a designated area.

- **₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month** (depending on experience & qualifications).

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking **compassionate and reliable nurses** to provide high-quality home care services to patients and assist with office-based duties when required. This **dynamic role** requires flexibility, as nurses will rotate between **home visits** and **office-based tasks**.

**Key Responsibilities:Home Care Duties**:

- Provide **medical care** at patients’ homes as prescribed by doctors.
- Administer **medications, wound care, and medical treatments** as needed.
- Monitor **vital signs and health conditions** of patients.
- Assist patients with **daily activities** and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain **accurate records** of patient care and progress.

**Office Duties**:

- Assist with **administrative tasks** related to patient care.
- Support **healthcare professionals** in office operations.
- Manage **patient records and appointments**.
- Prepare **reports & documents** related to patient care and home visits.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Follow **hygiene & safety protocols** during office and home visits.
- Be available for **emergency home visits** when required.
- Maintain **confidentiality & professionalism** at all times.
- Work collaboratively with **doctors & healthcare teams** to ensure the best patient care.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a **valid nursing license**.

**Experience**:

- Experience in **home care or clinical settings** preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong **communication & interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage time efficiently.
- **Compassionate & patient-focused** approach to care.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to **travel for home care assignments**.
- Flexible and adaptable to **changing duties**.
- Comfortable handling **basic office tasks** (scheduling, documentation, patient management).
