**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for the meat retail shop’s poultry and broiler operations. This role involves bookkeeping, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and assisting with budgeting and cost analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Accounting**:

- Maintain and update financial records related to poultry and broiler operations.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records for suppliers and vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage cash flow for procurement and operational expenses.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and audits.

**Procurement & Vendor Coordination**:

- Manage accounts and payments for poultry suppliers and other vendors.
- Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and verification of product deliveries.
- Maintain records of poultry stock purchases, sales, and inventory valuation.

**Cost Control & Budgeting**:

- Track operational costs for poultry and broiler procurement and sales.
- Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting for poultry and meat retail operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, financial reports, and government-mandated documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the meat, poultry, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting is a plus.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in poultry and broiler operations accounting.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements for food retail businesses.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for vendor and supplier management.

Pay: ₹9,298.98 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
