**Position Overview**:
The Boeing Company is seeking for **Experienced Team Members** to join their Field Service Airplane Operational Efficacy team in **Bangalore,** India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.

This position is part of the Airline Operational Efficacy Program (AOEP) - Support Team. Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and implement system solutions. Supports customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system improvement requirements to compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Leads and develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues. Develops and maintains functional partnerships with internal stakeholders, and ensures appropriate communications.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Present professional image in representing the Boeing Company to the customer
- Contributes to the development of strategy and support plan.
- As part of the Safety Management System, the Airplane Operational Efficacy team will travel on site to work directly with our airline partners to support and advise on maintenance and engineering operations
- Maintain engagement standards, coordinate activities with internal groups and customer to maintain operations compliant with international industry and Boeing safety standards. Primary focal point for all items related to Operational Efficacy work that covers airline maintenance operations
- Work closely with other AOEP functions and Field Service representatives around the world
- Support airline personnel and leadership to mitigate identified gaps, bring to standard and interact with airline maintenance and engineering personnel to evaluate operator performance
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and customers.
- Must be willing to work at any hour; any length of time; i.e. on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, as the job requires.
- Requires the ability to obtain a valid passport and be able to support local and international Travel of 75%.
- While back at home base, team members will share findings, prepare reports for senior executive and sales leadership and work virtually with airline operators to prepare for future evalua
