
Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the automotive industry.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including dealerships, workshops, fleet managers, and individual car owners.
Actively prospect for new customers and identify sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking events, and other lead generation activities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations to educate customers about automotive products or services.
Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and make product recommendations to meet their requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules align with company policies and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and competitor activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in the automotive sector to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A technical degree or automotive-related qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a field sales executive or in a similar sales role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
