**Customer Engagement**:Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive models.
- **Demonstrations and Test Drives**:Providing informative demonstrations of vehicle features and conducting test drives to showcase performance.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Negotiating prices and terms of sale, addressing customer concerns, and finalizing sales transactions.
- **Post-Sale Follow-up**:Ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale, addressing any issues, and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Process Management**:Completing necessary paperwork, coordinating with the finance department, and maintaining customer records.
- **Sales Targets**:Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- **Staying Updated**:Continuously learning about new vehicle models, technologies, and sales techniques.
- **Promotional Activities**:Participating in dealership events and promotions to attract new customers.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other sales team members and dealership staff to achieve overall sales objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
