**In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for;**:

- **Work closely with Finance & BPO hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.**:

- **Continuously partner with business heads and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies**:

- **Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with GDPR compliance**:

- **Partner with ResOps team in following up with offer & vetting status**:

- **Partner with Interview coordinators in following up on schedules**:
**Required**:

- **Strong end to end finance or BPO hiring experience**:

- **Good knowledge of ATS**:
