Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To manage the admission and care of admitted patients.
2. To handle patient registrations, bed assignments, and ensure a comfortable stay.
3. To coordinate with medical and administrative staff ensuring patients receive the necessary care and service.
4. To handle & manage all payment related queries.
5. To assist in billing and insurance-related work, making the patient's experience as smooth as possible.
6. To handle & maintain documentation & insurance claim process.
7. To coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth functioning for patients & team.
8. To coordinate with outside Labs & entities for patient’s appointments.
9. To manage the whole discharge process which includes
- reviewing files, medicines, bill review, collection of payment, med claim, handing over docs to patients, & also feedback form.
10. To maintain data in software with optimum accuracy.
11. To maintain ward/ stock according to the requirement.
12. To ensure a positive and efficient in-patient experience.
13. Flexibility in rotational shifts (including night shift).
14. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
**Requirements**:
1. A minimum of one to three years of experience in a IPD.
2. Any Graduate/ Diploma
3. Experience with Billing & coordination preferably in a skilled medical environment.
4. Should have a problem-solving aptitude and ready to work on resolving discrepancies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
