**Job Description for the post of Advocate**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Position-Advocate (Legal Affairs & Law Firm Coordination)**

1. Represent the company in legal matters, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

2. Draft,review and land documents, property agreements, negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

3. Liaise with law firms for litigation,Coordinate with government authorities, legal consultants, corporate matters, and advisory services.

4. Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines.

5. Handle legal issues related to business operations, contracts, and dispute resolution.

6. Provide legal advice on corporate governance, policies, and risk management.

7. Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, and legal notices.

8. Monitor and manage legal cases, hearings, and settlements.

9. Ensure legal due diligence for land acquisition, leasing, and infrastructure projects.

10. Handle compliance with land laws, RERA, property registration, and title verification.

11. Stay updated with real estate laws, infrastructure regulations, and contract law.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
l LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

l Experience in corporate law, litigation, and compliance management.

l Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory laws, and dispute resolution.

l Ability to coordinate with external law firms and legal consultants.

l Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

l Experience in real estate, land laws, and infrastructure legal documentation.

l Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.

l Ability to work with legal firms, government bodies.

l Knowledge of property registration, land acquisition laws, and compliance processes.
