**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Sales Strategy and Business Development**:

- Identify potential markets and customers for construction products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and project managers.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, technical specifications, and guidance on choosing appropriate materials for their projects.
- Address client queries, offer solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and follow up on after-sales services, resolving issues promptly.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as necessary.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Ensure that all documentation related to sales contracts and agreements is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the procurement, project management, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to client needs.
- Report regularly to senior management on sales activities, market conditions, and project pipeline.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
- Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with clients in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is an added advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of construction materials, products, and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and sales tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English & Tamil, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives and commissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,793.83 per month
