**JOB PROFILE AND SCOPE**:

- Handing core Secretarial work of listing and un-listing companies
- Post-merger and Demerger Compliance
- Various periodical and event based filing with registrar of companies, SEBI and RBI
- Preparation of director’s report and other related documents for the purpose of annual filing
- Various Periodical and event based filings with Registrar of companies
- Capital Market Handling, compliance of Corporate
- Corporate social responsibilities, E filing, Foreign Collaborations and joint ventures, investors relation, Issue of shares in India ,Liaising with Govt Authorities
- Stock Listing, Stock Exchange Compliance, Banking and NBFC

**Key Skills**:
Knowledge of Corporate laws & SEBI regulations

Company Act 1956 & 2013

Qualified CS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,970.32 - ₹53,228.45 per month
