**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver courses and lectures in Fashion Designing.
- Foster a creative and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Mentor students on design projects, assignments, and guide them in developing their creative ideas into successful fashion collections.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and grade assignments and examinations.
- Participate in academic research, publications, and conferences related to Fashion Designing.
- Contribute to the development of the Fashion Designing program curriculum and course materials.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to support the academic and administrative activities of the Institute.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma or higher in Fashion Design or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in design softwares (Optional)
- Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience with online and hybrid learning platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
