- Proven experience of 3-5 years of administering/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Experience in scripting (Python, BASH, PowerShell, etc.) and building required automation using standard technologies.
- Must have knowledge/experience with the following AWS technologies: VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, Network (ENA, IGW, DXGW, TGW, DNS, etc.), ALB, IAM, Billing, Monitoring/CloudWatch, Automation/Cloud Formation, RDS, Organizations, API Gateway, Lambda, Control Tower
- **Monitor AWS infrastructure**:Ensure optimal performance by monitoring metrics and setting alarms using AWS CloudWatch.
- **Manage resource provisioning**:Deploy, manage, and scale AWS resources using automation tools like AWS CloudFormation.
- **Ensure security compliance**: Implement and manage security policies and controls to meet compliance requirements.
- **Troubleshoot issues**:Identify and resolve infrastructure issues and provide technical support for AWS-related incidents.
- **Optimize costs**: Analyse and recommend cost-saving strategies to optimize AWS spending.
- **Perform backups and disaster recovery operations**:Implement and test backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
- AWS SysOps Admin associate certification required or equivalent work experience.
- **Collaborate with development teams**: Work with developers and other IT staff to oversee code releases and deployments on AWS environments.
- Availability to work during UK hours ( 2 pm - 11 pm IST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for Day-to-Day Administration, Management, Monitoring, and System Lifecycle Management of AWS Full Stack of Infrastructure Solutions
- Monitors, diagnoses, and resolves complex problems and performs analysis in relation to cloud operations in the cloud environment. Monitor the environment for optimal performance, any issues, and optimizing cost and resources.
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
- Performs cloud systems backup and recovery.
- Effectively creates and maintains relevant cloud systems documentation and user guides.
