We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at an established outdoor furniture store in Delhi. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing outdoor furniture products that best meet their needs and preferences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for outdoor living.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide expert advice and information about outdoor furniture products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces based on their preferences, space requirements, and budget.
- Close sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the store's outdoor furniture product range.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Educate customers on product materials, durability, and maintenance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Participate in regular store meetings and training sessions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store sales goals.
- Contribute positively to the team environment and company culture.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of outdoor furniture materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
