**Job Description for Parking CCTV Operator**:
**Job Responsibilities;**
- To manage surveillance of CCTV Cameras on multiple Display Monitors.
- Monitoring carparks using the CCTV interface (IP cameras) - 9 Cameras per Display Monitor.
- Record and process parking violations.
- Watch both Live and Recorded Video Surveillance.
- Work as a part of the Team in UK.
- Answering calls and taking details from the caller and given possible solution or forwarded to relevant department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all events that occurred during each shift in computer.
- Maintain records and filing systems as necessary to ensure smooth running of the section.
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Strict adherence to rules and regulations.
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
- Must be fluent in English language.
- Must have Basic computer course diploma or basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
- Flexible approach to shift work and overtime requirements.
- Working in a similar role.
- Having personal transport.
- Person should have to be flexible in day and night hours, including public holidays.

**Qualification**
- Graduate

**Experience**
- 0 to 1 years in the similar role.

**Shift Timing**

Rotational Shift

*Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
