1. Should be able to demonstrate proven skills in performing through-hole and surface mount soldering.

2. Should be able identify and understand electronic components and packages.

3. Should have know how of electronic components and its working including polarity, direction.

4. Should be able to debug electronic circuit in case of failures.

5. Should be able to identify dry soldering.

6. Ensure all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.

7. Should be able to provide training and supervision for new technicians and apprentices.

8. Should be able to follow written, verbal, and telephonic instructions.

9. Should have good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.

10. Should have work understanding of flux, pcb cleaner.

11. Should have sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.

12. Should have passion for Electronics.

13. Should have Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

14. Proficient at soldering (0402 package SMD components and similar packages)

15. Manage in-house inventory.

16. Basic knowledge of component functionality, package size, footprints etc

17. Assembly and wiring of the system with assistance from others

**Salary**: ₹8,346.35 - ₹18,000.00 per month
