**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PCB Assembly**: Perform assembly of printed circuit boards, including soldering of components, wiring, and mounting of electronic devices on PCBs.
- **Component Handling**: Read and interpret schematics and component placement diagrams to place components accurately on PCBs.
- **Soldering & Rework**: Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, and rework/repair defective boards as needed.
- **Testing & Inspection**: Conduct functional and quality testing of assembled PCBs using various testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits and PCBs, providing appropriate repair or improvement solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of production and testing, ensuring all components and assemblies are traceable.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process optimization and assist in developing more efficient assembly methods.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure alignment between design specifications and assembly practices.
