**Role Overview**:
As an Academic Counselor (Sales), you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their academic journey and helping them make informed decisions about enrolling in TAP Academy’s programs. This is a sales-focused role where you will manage student leads, build relationships, and drive enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
∙ **Counseling & Sales**: Understand students' academic needs, career goals, and recommend suitable courses and programs.

∙ **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and outreach activities to convert them into enrolled students.

∙ **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure continued engagement.

∙ **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the TAP Academy’s courses, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

∙ **CRM Management**: Track all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

∙ **Target Achievement**: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.

∙ **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain course offerings and address student queries.

∙ **Customer-Centric Approach**: Ability to empathize with students' needs and provide tailored solutions.

∙ **Proactive Follow-Up**: Strong follow-up skills to ensure conversion and build long-term student relationships.

∙ **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and basic computer skills. ∙ **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. **Qualifications**:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in any field.

∙ 1-3 years of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech industry. ∙ Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
