**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate clients’ physical and cognitive abilities.
- Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic development.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and therapy documentation.
- Participate in awareness programs, training, and community engagement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT).
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with passion for the field may apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and commitment to inclusion.
