We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our business growth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate and manage cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
- **Customer Outreach**: Reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn and other platforms to generate leads and build relationships.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate potential leads through digital marketing strategies and organic reach-out.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target and convert prospects.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- **Sales Meetings**: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and how our services can meet them.
- **Bidding**: Bid on project requirements on various platforms to secure new business.
- **WhatsApp Marketing**: Utilize WhatsApp for marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
- **Google Ads**: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- **SEO**: Implement SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and search engine rankings.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.
- Experience with lead generation and business development.
- Proficient in social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with bidding on project requirements on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
