**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and fashion-savvy **Social Media Executive** to lead and grow Meena Bazaar’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. This person will be a trend-spotter, a visual storyteller, and a community builder who understands both fashion and digital culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create visual and written content aligned with our brand aesthetic
- Manage daily interactions across all social platforms — respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries
- Work with influencers, stylists, and fashion bloggers for promotions, collaborations, and brand campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, popular hashtags, and competitors to keep Meena Bazaar ahead of the curve
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and generate monthly reports
- Support photo shoots and behind-the-scenes content creation for new collections and campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing paid promotions across platforms in coordination with the digital team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts (fashion/retail preferred)
- Strong aesthetic sense and passion for Indian ethnic fashion
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
