Professional Services Co-ordinator

External Job Description

We are setting up a competence center set up in Kalwa, Navi Mumbai. We are a supplier of network solutions for thde industry and our target is to provide expert technical services for our customers and partners.

Responsibility:

- Acting and SPOC for all Professional Services inquiries.
- Carefully study the RFP and draft a scope of work. Accordingly involve the respective PSV consultants in scrutinizing the scope, and efforts estimation.
- Rolling our PSV offers.
- Maintaining activity tracker of PSV consultants & assign them projects/tasks.
- Maintaining status reports of the progress of all assigned PSV activities.
- Ensure all PSV activities are billed on time. Maintain billing-related coordination with PSV consultants and the DCP finance team.
- Complete all documentation of projects as per requirements under the guidance of the PSV Consultant.
- Keep Track of Man Day utilization of each PSV consultant throughout the financial year to ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Managing the training material dispatch to clients. Handling any FAT material dispatch.

Skills and Competencies (required):

- Bachelor‘s Degree/Master‘s degree in Telecommunication or Electronics or Comp-IT.
- Understanding of Network and Security concepts.
- 6-8 years experience as a Project coordinator.
- Project management skills essential to track milestones and validate project progress
- The ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, management, staff members, and consultants.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Excellent Documentation skills.

Desirable Knowledge and Skill (not mandatory, advantage to have)
- Professional network and security certifications (e.g. Cisco CCN Security/CCNP Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
- Experience with different network and security vendors (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Nozomi, HP, Aruba)
