**Job Description: Jewelry Production Supervisor**

**Location**: Tara Juvel, Johri Bazar, Jaipur
**Salary**: Rs. 20,000 per month
**Work Schedule**: Full-time 9.30am to 6.30pm (Normal office hours)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee all stages of jewelry production, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Timely production (Meet the given deadline to finish order).
- Assign work to karigar keep track of assigned raw material and work progress.
- Avoid wastage.
- Coordinate with karigars (artisans) and factory staff to streamline workflows and address any production issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery used in production.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Responsible for Q.C (quality check). Ensure proper follow and implementation of all points mentioned in purchase order.
- Appoint karigars whenever required. (Responsible for recruitment & training of karigars).
- Data entry and report filing over computer as per company guideline.
- Keep track and submit daily work progress report to your superior.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in jewelry production or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Flexibility to stay back beyond regular working hours if the factory (open) or karigars are in the office.

**Leave Policy**:

- One paid holiday per month is available, but prior notice is mandatory before taking leave.

**Additional Information**:

- No overtime pay is provided for extended work hours.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
