**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales or leads.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Explain products/services to customers and encourage them to make a purchase.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve business opportunities.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Good problem-solving skills and patience while dealing with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
