**Draftsman / Draftswoman - Landscape Architecture**

**Location**: [pune, maharastra]

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are hiring a skilled Draftsman/Draftswoman with experience in **landscape architecture** to join our design team. The role involves preparing **2D CAD drawings, planting layouts, construction details, and 3D visualizations** for landscape projects such as gardens, parks, urban open spaces, and residential/commercial landscapes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed **CAD drawings, site plans, and layouts**.
- Prepare **planting plans, irrigation drawings, and construction details**.
- Convert conceptual designs into accurate working drawings.
- Support in **3D modeling, rendering, and presentation drawings**.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on client and project feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Drafting**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools**.
- Experience in **landscape/architectural drafting** is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape elements (planting, paving, grading, irrigation).
- Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
