**AutoCAD Draftsman / Woman - Full-time.**

We are seeking an AutoCAD Draftsman / Woman who can thrive in the Land Drafting & Land Development environment, able to understand the process and what it takes to obtain construction permits.
- Understanding of Civil engineering, land Surveying and related systems is preferred.
- Analyze sketches, notes, and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete drawings with mínimal supervision.
- Must be skilled in multi-tasking with strong attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills and calculation skills are required.
- Understand routing of utilities and placement techniques.
- Use mature judgment in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Prior experience pulling land base maps is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
