**Reports To**: Team Leader / Sales Manager
**Department**: Sales / Customer Service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, or clients.
- Introduce and promote company products/services to potential customers.
- Address customer queries, provide information, and offer solutions to their needs.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Identify and qualify new sales leads by assessing customer needs.
- Record customer information accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings or product demonstrations.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on call status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- **Customer Feedback & Satisfaction**:

- Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant team if required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- **Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.

**Excellent communication skill**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
