We are currently hiring for the position of **Barista Sales Boy** at **KW Blue Pearl**. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong background in the coffee or café industry.

**Important Criteria (mandatory)**:
OR
Have prior work experience in a café/coffee shop environment
- Should know how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages
- Must be residing near the KW Blue Pearl location

OR willing to relocate to the area

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain food safety standards and follow FIFO practices
- Manage stock and inventory with accuracy
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
- Support store operations during staff shortages or emergencies
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and daily operations

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 6 years in a coffee chain / QSR / café industry
- **Skills**:

- Verbal and written communication
- Customer handling and sales
- Time and shift management
- Knowledge of coffee preparation & stock management
- **Attributes**:

- Honest, polite, and dependable
- Proactive and responsible
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
