Real Estate Sales Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Assist in identifying potential clients through research, networking, and other sales channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and retail properties.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients, ensuring a professional experience.
- **Sales Support**:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to analyze current trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to improve the positioning of the company's properties.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and market insights.
- Share feedback and suggest improvements to enhance sales processes.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
