**Job description**

**Contract Management**:

- Drafting and Review of Agreements, Collaboration/Teaming Agreements, Vendor Agreement, Negotiation, Service/Master Service Agreement, Reciprocal Agreement, NDA’s, Bidding Consortium Agreement, Service Level, Brand Sharing Agreement, Addendums, AMC, HR Agreements, Lease Deed, Sale/Purchase Agreement, Security Agreements, Supply Agreements, Letter Of Intent, Franchise Agreement, Settlement Agreement, General Power of Attorney, Work Orders, Employment Contracts, End To End Contract Management, Risk Analysis etc.
- Working with internal departments and clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements, template management.
- Reply to statutory notices/demand notices received from various Governmental Department, coordinate / liasioning with regulators and authorities.
- Collaborate with departments/partners to resolve legal issues and mitigate liability and accordingly provide advice to internal department.
- Providing inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures or any other legal query.
- Coordinating with circle legal teams for finalizing and forwarding various agreements/notices/reply drafts required at circles from time to time, MIS etc.
- Experience of working with leading law firms and corporate client national/international. Knowledge of GDPR and Data Privacy.

**Litigation**:

- Representing company as an authorized representative and taking care of legal matters involving high stakes before various forums and courts such as Supreme Court, High Court, TDSAT and other statutory authorities.
- Looking after cases under Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996.
- Briefing of senior counsels, vetting of legal documents, rectification and modification of drafts forwarded by counsels, drafting notices/demand notices and their reply, written statement, handling consumer complaints and consumer cases, cheque bounce cases, recovery matters, injunctions, negotiating settlement terms & contractual terms, team handling, supervising progress on legal cases.

Must be L.L.B. and have prior experience in Telecom Sector.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
