Installation Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the **installation and commissioning** of SPMs at customer sites (domestic and international).
- Interpret **mechanical and electrical drawings**, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and automation system layouts.
- Collaborate with **design, assembly, and controls teams** to understand machine functions and ensure installation readiness.
- Conduct **site assessments** prior to installation to identify and prepare for potential challenges.
- Perform **machine alignment, leveling, wiring, piping, and calibration** during installation.
- Carry out **function checks and trial runs**, ensuring machines meet performance and safety standards.
- Train end-users and maintenance teams on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide **on-site and remote support** for post-installation issues or breakdowns.
- Document installation processes, prepare installation reports, and communicate feedback for design improvements.
- **Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in installation and commissioning of SPMs or industrial automation systems.
- Strong understanding of **mechanical assembly, control systems, PLCs, sensors, actuators,** and HMIs.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and electrical schematics**.
- Willingness to **travel extensively** for domestic
