Job Description:

- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create innovative and sustainable architectural designs for real estate and commercial projects.
- Lead project development from concept through construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to timelines.
- Provide expertise in zoning and building codes, and secure necessary permits and approvals for projects.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials to continually improve project designs and efficiency.
