Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Architect/Interior Designer to join our team on a residential project. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-end residential schemes, preferably in UK/European designs.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on multiple unit residential projects and will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop. They will also have excellent design and technical skills, as well as a passion for sustainable design practices.Key responsibilities will include:Creating mood boards and concept designsResearching and creating presentations for interior architectural fixtures and finishesCAD drafting for RCP, GA's, elevations, and room plansSketchUp drawings for joinery designs and full roomsPresenting to clientsRequirements:5+ years of experience in high-end residential designProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and PhotoshopExcellent design and technical skillsA strong interest in concept design to construction detailExperience in residential projects preferredIf you are a motivated and creative individual with a passion for interior design, please submit your CV and portfolio for consideration.
