Quality Controller

Ø Raw Material inspection with respect to specifications.
Ø Completing the Inward formalities.
Ø Inspection of components step by step till final inspection.
Ø Preparing incoming, in-house and Final Inspection reports.
Ø Preparing Project inspection documents.
Ø Maintaining the records all production activities.
Ø Maintaining Raw Material stock reports and End products reports.
Ø Assist in making drawings and sketches.
Ø Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for supply of quality products.
Ø Planning for production of quality products.
Ø Planning for the indent raising for required raw materials, dies, tools etc.
Ø Monitoring and measuring of instruments to control the rejection of components.
Ø Preparing dimensional reports of end products with supporting documents.
Ø Assist in Maintenance of machines etc.
Ø Coordinate and keep records for periodical maintenance of machines & instruments etc.
Ø Coordinating with the workmen, line supervisor and with Production Incharge to achieve production targets as per the requirement of the customers.
Ø Any other work as directed by the Managers and Directors.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
