**Qualification:

- **High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred. He/she will strive to use a polite language and well-groomed in his/her relation with the Hotel guests, colleagues and staff.

**Competencies:

- **Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Must be guest service focused and a team player.
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
- Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to relate well to Hotel guests and employees.
- Professional in demeanor and presentation.
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Observant, discriminating and detail-oriented
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

- **Greets warm welcome and farewell to all guests visiting the outlet.

Ensures availability of neat and clean menus for all guests, at all time.

Ensures maintenance of general atmosphere of the restaurant, before the commencement of services. (Eg. Flowers, display set up, curtains, service area).

Takes and maintains records of reservation and co-ordinates seating and distribution of guests in the outlet.

Responsible for all telephonic communication between the guest and the outlet.

Provides accurate information / recommendations to guests on any queries regarding F & B, restaurant, local area etc.

Actively elicits guest feedback and takes appropriate responsive action.

Responsible for maintaining necessary documentation and records in the outlet (Eg. Log book, guest history cards, etc.)

Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Creates a positive work environment for all employees at the Restaurant.

Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists

Maintain a clean reception area

Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)

Assist wait staff as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
