Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Kanpur. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning. The role also involves data management, handling client interactions, and supporting the implementation of operational strategies.

  • Strong Operations skills with the ability to manage day-to-day activities
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • High level of Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision making
  • Experience in Customer Service and client management
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
