**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
- Stay updated with product and service information to effectively address dealers questions.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Assist the sales team by generating leads and following up on sales opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle difficult dealers and resolve issues effectively.
- Laptop Compulsory
- Age below 30
- No sales target

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
