Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate E3 Grass solutions.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to the sales manager.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
